Hey korang. Nak jadik bijak bestari macam Anasyg ta? #ahak-ahak. Seumo hidop korang la, takkan ta pernah dengar idiom : An apple a day keeps the doctor away. To be honest, dulu Anasyg dengar ayat ni, ingatkan epal tu buleh halau doktor, senornya, meaningnya tu, pabila korang ngap sebijik epal, alamatnya, korang akan sehat sentiasa gitu, tak yah gi jumpa doktor, tu yg keeps the doctor away. Ingatkan pe lah tadi. So, so...cer share2 buah apa yg korang makan? Selaen dari kurma di bulan puasa. *Yusof Taiyob... (bisik2 mcm iklan).

Tak pernah makan? Samalah kita. Benda alah ni mahal kut, rare plak nak cari kat Malaysia ni, paling2 pun ada kat hyper2 market. Ada tu mmglah ada, tp mestilah yg frozen punya, ta fresh loh. Buah ni top 10 highest amount of antioxidant which is good for blood-circulation and ageing. Blackberries also helps prevent cardiovascular disease, cancers and osteoporosis.
2. Epal
Ni tak pernah makan? Oh...kat pasar malam pun ada ni dik non, gi cari k. Well known as a great source of fiber, apple contain mostly 80% of water so korang exactly munch on water je, not d apple. Pergila siang dulu mata nenas tu baru boleh cicah sambal kicap. Gulp-telan air liur, dah kembang tekak da teringin nak makan sepotong.
